Relax, Enjoy and Celebrate
It's my main motto for my clients. The
overwhelming feeling of hosting an upcoming event will disappear as you
leave all planning and organization to me. I have many different
packages here in the Washington, DC area and can work within many
different budgets. Don't see a package or service that you need, not
to worry as we are flexible in customizing to your needs. As
well, I can work with you in planning a green event as well.
Whether you are planning a wedding, birthday
celebration, corporate social or any other event, you will be
celebrating a very special time in your life. I believe that it is
important that an event represents you or who this event may be
honoring. Through simplicity and sophistication I will
plan an event that will be personal and elegant. I am highly
organized and pay close attention to detail. Depending on your
package, I will oversee the organization of the event, research
appropriate vendors, and ensure all commitments with clients and
vendors are met. More importantly, you will be a host to a
worry free event!
So what got me here. I have been planning events, in Washington, DC, for almost 10 years now. My early experience came from an international political foundation, where I coordinated many events for high-level officials and their guests. These events ranged from small roundtable luncheons to large dinners to three day conference programs. I organized all details for these functions from invitations, hotels, meals, and transportation. Working with international officials has really given me the experience to offer world class service. I continued planning social corporate evens at my next job working for a global corporation. With this experience, along with my general love of entertaining and party planning, I decided it was finally time to go out my own. I reside in Washington, DC with my husband, dog and cat. I am fluent in German and have some proficiency in French. Other than planning events, I enjoy travel and have traveled extensively throughout Europe, I love my baby grand and am also President of the Women’s Congressional Golf Association. I am currently completing coursework requirements for a Certificate in Event Management from the George Washington University School of Business and Public Management and I have a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University. With that in mind, it would be an honor for me
to take part in the planning of your next event.
